I hope everyone is having an amazing 2015 thus far. I
have several goals for this year that include updating my blog regularly and
losing weight. I have already be working on new posts for the blog as
well as working on a plan to not just lose weight but also get healthy. I
realize that I am a person that really does not enjoy working out; however, it
is something that I must do as eating healthy alone is just not
enough. In the next coming weeks in addition to my other posts, I will be
posting my fitness progress. Therefore, I need your
help! I am reaching out to you all to keep me accountable. In
my first fitness blog, I will post before pictures and fill you in on my plan
to a healthier me.
